3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Primer EC-1945-B/A is a two-part kit (base and accelerator). The chemical curing primer is also corrosion-resistant. Its formula helps improve adhesion of sealers, epoxies, and urethanes to most metals. The adhesive primer cures at room temperature (75°F) and offers a long application time to enable a variety of application methods.

The two-part chemically curing, corrosion-resistant primer is designed for use with 3M aerospace adhesives. This primer improves adhesion of epoxies and urethanes to most metals as well as offering increased corrosion protection. The primer can be applied by dipping, brushing or spraying. This formula provides corrosion protection inside and outside the bond line. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesives Primer EC-1945 B/A can be used to apply anti-corrosion coating on components. The stable coating also protects etched and anodized substrates for long term storage.
