ABRANET MAX is a universal sanding abrasive that is well-suited for all types of sanding and was specifically designed for the wood sector. Because of its net structure, it is not easy to clog up with resinous wood types and soft materials. The sanded surface also stays cooler and doesn’t burn. The strong aluminium oxide grain allows for a fast cut on hard wood types. The symmetric net structure makes it possible to efficiently cut and remove stock. ABRANET MAX requires lower pressure, which results in a uniform surface finish that is less variable. This product has an extremely long life expectancy compared to traditional abrasive and belts. This means that fewer belts are needed and there is less downtime due to the need to change the belts. It is well-suited for applications in which water is used to cool the product.
